Tedd Byer
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Econ, Money and Banking), Tedd Byer began his real estate career as a new home builder in 1979. He branched into lot development and has developed new home lots for Ryan Homes, Ryland Homes, MI Homes and numerous smaller builders. Tedd began developing commercial property soon thereafter and has expanded that into more than 75 properties that we currently own and manage today. Tedd is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio.
Marinko Gvozdanovic
Marinko has been in the construction and development business for most of his career. He started off rehabbing single family homes and has since expanded his expertise into commercial redevelopment and multifamily residential projects. Marinko has the skills and experience to construct whatever it is our tenants may need.

Jarrod Byer has been in the commercial real estate business since 2007. Jarrod got his start in tenant representation in the downtown Chicago market.
He then traveled to Santa Monica, CA and specialized in multifamily investments. Jarrod has since founded Byer Land Group in Cincinnati which owns, manages. and leases commercial and multifamily real estate.
